Share your voice: our Annual Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey is coming soon!

RECCo Programmes

We’ll contact all stakeholders in early November to gather feedback on our REC Services. This will be our third Annual Satisfaction Survey, an essential tool for collecting both quantitative and qualitative feedback. Your input is essential in helping us prioritise changes for 2025-26 and ensure our services align with your needs.

Why participate?

Your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our services. By participating, you’re directly influencing the improvements we make and helping us deliver better, more efficient services.

How we’re using last year’s feedback

Last November, over 700 stakeholders were invited to participate in the survey, and we received 68 responses—an increase from the previous year. Your feedback, which we published in April 2024, has already led to several important changes:

  • Enquiry Services: You told us that latency issues with the Gas Enquiry Service (GES) were a concern. We’re in the process of re-platforming the GES to enhance response times, system stability, and overall resilience.
  • The REC Change Process: Feedback indicated that the process was too slow and lacked sufficient opportunities for input. We’ve implemented key changes to address these concerns, making the process more efficient and inclusive.
  • The REC Code Manager: Improving the Code Manager’s digital services was identified as a top priority. We’ve decided to re-procure the digital solutions supporting the Code Manager to improve usability and simplify the process.
  • Performance Assurance: You asked for clearer communication, more educational resources, and a more user-friendly service. We’re working closely with the Code Manager to implement these improvements.

Help us do even more in 2025

Your feedback has already made a difference, and we’re committed to continuing this momentum. By participating in this year’s survey, you’re helping us ensure our services continue to build on these improvements to meet your expectations.

Take the survey or opt-out

You’ll receive your invitation to participate in the survey in early November. However, if you want to opt out of these communications, you can do so here.
