Separating Our Strategy from Our Forward Work Plan

For the first time, we have published our Strategy and Forward Work Plan as separate documents, each with a distinct purpose:

  • The Strategy:  This medium-term roadmap outlines RECCo’s strategic objectives and initiatives, helping us stay ahead in the evolving retail energy sector. It provides a long-term vision, guiding our direction and goals over the next five years.
  • The Forward Work Plan: This dynamic, annually updated document includes RECCo’s work plan for the next three years and detailed financial projections. It seeks to ensure we remain agile in responding to emerging trends and market challenges.
