Overview/Aims
In 2024/25, the Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) will enter a critical development phase, Systems Integration Testing (SIT). We are working to resource our MHHS team to ensure we meet our programme deliverables on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard. Find out more about our work as part of the MHHS programme here.
Overview/Aims
Overview/Aims
We have designed, built and delivered the systems and processes required to facilitate the removal of the Pre-Payment Meter (PPM premium) from domestic standing charges. Phase 1 of this levelisation policy was implemented on 1st April 2024. Read about this programme in full here. Notably, the ongoing development of Ofgem’s policy regarding standing charges may have further implications for us.
Overview/Aims
We introduced a TPI Code of Practice in 2023, which provides a framework for TPI best practice. Following Ofgem’s decision not to mandate the CoP, we continue to work with Suppliers and TPIs to improve both the CoP document and the assurance of compliance with it, and to encourage more voluntary signatories.
