Venue announced! Are you joining us in Glasgow?

We are delighted to announce the venue for our first REC Services Development Workshop, which is being held in Glasgow on June 21st. Find out more below.

Where is the event?

If you plan on joining us in Glasgow, you’ll find the event at the Clayton Hotel. This is a brand new hotel in the city centre, located right on the river Clyde’s banks. The area boasts excellent transportation connections and is easily reachable by car, train, or plane. Glasgow Central Station is a mere 0.3 miles from the hotel – just a 6-minute stroll.

Find out more about the venue here. The address is 298 Clyde Street, Glasgow, G1 4NP, UK.

More about the event

Glasgow is our first stop as part of a series of events where we’re asking our stakeholders to help shape the future of two REC Services – the Code Manager and Energy Enquiry Services. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain insight into these services, share your feedback on their current functionality, and contribute ideas to improve them to meet your business’s and the industry’s evolving needs.

The workshop will be held between 10 am and 3 pm, including refreshments and networking time. The event is face-to-face – due to its interactive nature, we won’t have any dial-in options.

For more information, see our previous article, which discusses how the events will be structured and what we hope to achieve.

How can you register?

You can register for the Glasgow event using this link. We look forward to seeing you there! If you’d like to join us in London or Birmingham, you can see all of our events over on our Eventbrite page.
