RECCo is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors

The RECCo Board is evolving with four Non-Executive Directors now formerly designated by Ofgem following two independent and competitive processes.

Earlier this year, Helen Charlton and Roshan Awatar joined the Board providing a wealth of experience across both digital and consumer backgrounds. We are now pleased to further announce the appointment of Rosa Stewart and David Wylie s our new Non-Executive Directors from 1st October 2021.

Rosa is an energy and climate change policy, regulation and communications expert with experience advising on complex and high-profile issues, projects and campaigns. Previously, she was Deputy Director at BEIS where she developed a wide range of energy and climate change policy, and Head of External Relations at the energy supplier SSE (part of OVO Group). Rosa joins us to provide additional welcomed leadership across our Policy, Regulation and Net Zero initiatives.

David has over 20 years of experience working in Commercial and Procurement roles both in the UK and globally across energy, transport, retail and utility sectors. He has worked with organisations to build the capability and delivery of their teams in industries where customers are central, and high performing suppliers and supply chains critical to successful delivery. As a former board member of London Underground, he delivered material improvements in customer service, safety and cost delivery through supply chain delivery. David is currently Director of Commercial and Procurement at Thames Water and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. David joins us as our Commercial and Procurement Non-Executive Director.
