Our new REC Code Manager service is now live

The new REC Portal (which can be accessed here) is integral to the new Code Manager service and how the Code Manager will interact with industry.  The Portal provides everything you need to initially engage with the REC, including how to get involved with change management, how to find information on the REC relevant to you or your organisation, access to the REC Service Desk, knowledge articles and self-learning training materials, news, and events. 

Getting to this point has been a collaborative effort and again I’d like to say a special thank you to my colleagues here at RECCo, the RECCo Board, Ofgem, Capgemini, Deloitte, and Gemserv for the continued dedication to deliver a new, robust, and innovative service for the benefit of consumers and industry.

As with any new and innovative service like this, there may be some minor teething problems. Robust early life support plans are in place to provide you with any help you may need over the coming days including the upcoming industry drop-in session on 3rd September for the Code Manager to answer any questions you may have.
