Guidance for existing users of ECOES and GDCC on maintaining access under the REC

All non-REC parties that currently use the ECOES and GDCC will need to sign an Access Agreement with RECCo to be able to continue to use these services from 01 September 2021.

Letters and emails are being sent to existing users informing them of next steps. We have also provided some FAQs and draft Access Agreements here to help parties understand what they need to do.
